The Story
These Three Things is the podcast that asks which one person, place and treasured possession have made a profound impact upon your life and why?
Creator and host Deb Thomas is an international public speaking coach with a sole focus on helping individuals feel more seen, heard, and better remembered.
Deb knows that the best way for people to communicate a message more effectively, is to get them talking about the things that they love. By connecting them to what and whom they hold most dear, their voice and body comes alive, and their most authentic voice is free to express itself.
Deb devised These Three Things in 2024, having seen hundreds of clients present on a person, place and treasured possession in a career spanning over two decades.
What these conversations have shown is that we are infinitely more alike than we are different, and what we choose as our ‘Three Things’, seamlessly reveals to the world who we really are.
Previous guests on the podcast include Gabby Logan, Alex Jones, Charlotte Church, Victoria Smurfit, Larry Lamb, Matthew Rhys, Sam Warburton and many more.
